Super easy and delicious!
Place pork in 6 quart slow cooker, pour BBQ sauce and cola over roast. Cover and cook on on HIGH for 8 hours until meat is tender and shreds easily .
When done, remove meat from sauce and shred with two forks. Add a little sauce to moisten. Serve with extra BBQ sauce, corn bread, cole slaw, baked beans
Reduce fat by preeparing a day aheasd. Cool and refrigerate overnight. REmove and discard solidfied fat before reheating .
