Suggest a better description1. If you can marinade the pork overnight before you cook it would be best. Mix the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, spices, thyme and garlic together then stir the vinegar in to make a paste. Rub this all over the pork.
2. After it has marinaded or immediately if in a rush cook the pork in the slow cooker on low for about 6 hours or until the pork shreds easily. Halfway through the cooking time quickly turn the pork over quickly and put the lid back.
3. Put the pork on a large board and shred with 2 forks. If you want a thicker sauce pour the juices from the cooker into a saucepan and boil until it is at the consistency you want. Add the pork to the pan and stir to coat it.
