STEP 2: combine and top meat with all ingredients from mushrooms to pepper. Top with broth and sherry.
STEP 3: cook for 4-5 hours on high, 8-10 hours on low.
STEP 4: remove bay leaf. Turn temp to high.
STEP 5: in a bowl, mix sour cream, cold water, corm starch, then 1 cup of the cooking liquid. Return to cooker, cook for 30 minutes.
STEP 6: serve over noodles or rice, top with parsley.
