Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix the soup and broth in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Put the stick of butter on top, cut in a few pieces.
Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or low for 5- hours, until the chicken shreds easily.
Remove the chicken and shred it with 2 forks.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the frozen noodles.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on high.
