Very good! I used 8-9 pieces of chicken breast. I cooked on high for about ½ hour because some of the breasts were partially frozen, then on low for about 6 hours.)
Put the onions and peppers at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chicken. Top with mushrooms. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Cook on Low 7 to 9 hours (High 4 to 5 hours).
Serve over pasta or rice.
