COMBINE CHICKEN, ALMOND MEAL, EGG, GREEN ONION, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER TOGETHER IN A BOWL
ROLL MIXTURE into 1 1/2 INCH MEATBALLS
PLACE MEATBALLS ONTO A BAKING SHEET AND BAKE FOR 5 MINS IN THE OVEN.
TURN OFF OVEN and PLACE MEATBALLS IN THE SLOW COOKER WITH THE BUFFALO SAUCE AND STIR TO COMBINE.
COVER AND COOK on LOW FOR 2 HOURS.
SERVE with RANCH DRESSING FOR DIPPING.
