Suggest a better descriptionPlace the chicken in your slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper then pour the maple syrup evenly over the chicken.
Set to low and cook for about 4 hours.
After 4 hours, add cubed sweet potatoes and baby carrots and cook for another 4 hours on low (original recipe added everything at the same time, but I thought the veggies were too mushy).
