Chicken Tortilla Soup
Put 4 frozen/thawed chicken breasts in slow cooker with 1 packet of chicken taco seasoning and 1 1/2 of chicken broth. Allow to cook thoroughly. (4 hours on high) Shred chicken and take 1/2 of it and put it in freezer for another batch of soup or tacos on another night,
1. Add the rest of above ingredients to the chicken,
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Cook a pan of corn bread. When finished, crumble into soup. Allow to cook a bit more.
