I revised this recipe from the one at All Recipes
Place celery and onion in bottom of crock kpot. Sprinkle with quite a bit of sage. Place chicken on top of onions and celery. Pour 1 cup broth over chicken. Mix gravy, stuffing, and 1/2 cup broth plus a lot more sage in a bowl. Spoon stuffing on top of chicken.
Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
NOTE: I started this on high around 4:00 Turned down to low when dressing was bubbling around the edges. It was done at 6:45,
