Quick and Easy Chicken - There aren't a lot of seasonings listed in the picture, but I swtich it up based on what I am making with it. If I am going to use it for taco's I use a taco seasoning. Caesar salad I'll add some Italian seasonings, garlic and onion powder. It's very versatile.
Remove neck and giblets from Chicken. Rinse.
Stuff inside with onions and garlic.
Place Chicken breast side up in slow cooker.
Cook on low 5-6 hours (less if your chicken is smaller).
Enjoy.
Reserve liquid created during cooking to use as stock or as a gravy base.
