1. Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray or coat with butter.
2. Place round steak on the bottom.
3. Combine soup, brown gravy packet, onion, water and mushrooms in a bowl and pour over steak.
4. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Note: You can skip minced onion and place a sliced onion on top of gravy mix before cooking.
