Remove Ham from packaging.
Pour pineapple juice in bottom of slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and honey into a paste. Spread brown sugar mixture all over ham and place flat side down in slow cooker. (Dry ham before spreading mixture).
Cover slow cooker with lid and set to low. Cook 3 to 4 hours or until internal temp is 140.
Once ham is done, remove and add liquid from the slow cooker to a pot. Keep ham warm. Mix cornstarch and water and slowly pour into juices while stirring. Allow mixture to thicken and bubble for a minute or two.
Serve ham with sauce on the side or on top.
