Pour the Tamari, honey, garlic, pineapple juice and ginger in bag.
Use your hands from outside of bag and squeeze together the sauce, the honey will thicken it like a teriyaki.
Add the chicken breasts to the bag.
Place the onion, pineapples and carrots on top.
Let air out of bags and zip tight, lay flat and freeze.
To cook-take out of freezer and place in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
