Combine kidney beans, tomatoes, water, carrots, onions, zucchini, green beans, garlic, pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook until vegetables are fork tender, 4-5 on high or 8 - 10 on low.
About 30 minutes before cooking time is up add cooked, drained, rinsed pasta into crock pot. Add in the spinach and the basil as well.
Serve with parmesan.
