Suggest a better descriptionToss meat in corn flour until well coated. Shake off excess.
In a bowl, combine all wet and dry ingredients (except spring onions) and mix well to combine. Add sauce to slow cooker. Put meat on top of the sauce then mix together. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. About 4 hours in, give the meat a stir.
Serve with rice then garnish with spring onions.
