Tender pork chops with a creamy herb sauce that is Keto friendly!
Sprinkle each side the pork chops with Thyme, Basil, Parsley, salt, pepper and mustard powder.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter with olive oil.
Add onion and garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.
Move onions and garlic to the side of the pan and add the pork chops.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Transfer the pork chops, onions and garlic to the slow cooker.
Add chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours (high for 3 - 4 hours).
Remove pork chops and cover to keep warm.
Add heavy cream to the slow cooker and whisk.
Add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Bring to a boil for 2 - 3 minutes until thickened to desired consistency.
Pour sauce over pork chops.
