Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in a skillet (optional step).
Mix soups and water together and pour over pork chops in a slow cooker.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until meat is fall off the bone tender. Season resulting gravy with salt and pepper to taste. If gravy seems a bit too strong, add a little milk, half n half, or cream to it until it suits your taste.
Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
