Place roast in the slow cooker. Add washed potatoes. Add broth and soup. Cover and cook for 10 hours.
Remove potatoes from the slow cooker. Take out the roast and trim unwanted fat. My family likes it when I shredded beef and take some of the broth from the slow cooker to cover beef.
