Kenwood Concoctions, Merri Coleman's ward -- Spoon the rice onto your tortilla & spoon the chicken on top of rice & roll up. Chrissy uses 8 chicken tenders for her family.
1. Combine black beans corn and 1/2 cup salsa in the crockpot.
2. AFTER stirring, ADD cut-up chicken breasts and 1/2 cup more salsa,
3. Cook on low or 3 hours. Then ADD cream cheese without stirring.
4. COOK for 1 more hour; STIR and serve with rice and flour tortillas.
