Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef in skillet (I flavor beef with 1 tsp of Adobe powder, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and ½ tsp garlic powder while cooking). Drain off fat. Put the beef in Crock-Pot; add remaining ingredients named above. Stir thoroughly. Cover, cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. (High: 3-4 hours).
Makes 12 servings (263 calories per serving).
