Suggest a better descriptionGrease loaf pans, then line the pans with aluminum foil (make the foil the width of the pan, but longer on the length so as to have handles on each end of the loaf of bread to assist with removing it from the pan.
Grease the bottom and about 1" up the sides of (3) loaf pans.
The recipe also suggests flouring the pans.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and pumpkin until smooth.
Add sugar and oil; mix well.
Combine flour, pudding mixes, cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg; add to the pumpkin mixture.
Stir in the nuts.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 350 degrees 60-65 minutes or until toothpick test.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cooling racks.
Cool completely.
Wrap and freeze for up to 6 months.
