Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add other ingredients, adding flour last. Make a soft dough; knead lightly; set aside in a warm place until double. Roll out on a floured surface, cut with round cutter. Toll in melted butter and fold over. Let rise again 30-35 minutes. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Smith Boarding House was in Dahlonega, GA; not sure if it is still there or not.
