3 types. Franks, Teriyaki and Boneheads
Franks Wings
- melt butter in a sauce pan and add franks. Pour over wings to coat. Baste with remaining. I also basted with Franks Buffalo sauce
Teriyaki Wings
- Mix sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic / onion and ginger. Pour over the wings to coat. Baste with remaining. I used Kikkoman.
Boneheads
- Make the dry rub with remaining spices. Rub wings with oil. Cover with dry rub.
Smoking...
preheat to 350. (2 coal bins). Oil rack. Turn every 10-15 mins. Should be done in 1 hour or so. Cook them early and nuke for 2 mins to heat up. Very Sexy....
