Southern Living recipe
1) start charcoal fire at one end of grill. Let burn for 15 minutes
2) add 6-8 hickory chips to fire
3) combine dry ingredients
4) Rub brisket with dry ingredients
5) place brisket on rack away from coals and open vents halfway
6) cook 1 hour
7) wrap in aluminum foil and cook an additional 30 minutes
