This sauce is wonderful on grilled shrimp.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, lime juice, radishes, shallots, chipotle paste, horseradish, and honey. Use an immersion blender to mix completely and finely chop. Store in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Add the chopped cilantro right before serving.
