Smoked Deviled Eggs
Hard boil and peel eggs.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
Smoke egg whites in the smoker for 1 hour.
While the whites are smoking, in a mixing bowl, mash the yolks and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, relish, salt and pepper.
Using a fork, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.
