Brown chorizo over medium heat, drain and placed in large mixing bowl.
Let chorizo cool while prepping remaining ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients to chorizo, mix well, salt & pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into jalapeno halves.
(A Mexican shredded cheese can be sprinkled on top if desired. )
Place on baking sheet under broiler until browning occurs.
(Peppers will remain somewhat crunchy this way.)
Alternate Baking:
Bake for 20 minutes at 375.
(Peppers ill be softer this way.)
