2. wroming up the smoker
3. we start whith one 1 or more (depending on your size of smoker or how many people)
4. Put the solman fllet on a wood plack
5. Pour the maple syrup on to the filet
6. Gently cover the solman with it
7. Let it sit on til you have smoke going in your smoker
8. Then put the plack of wood into the smoker
9. Leave it there on til it get flakey or cooked at proper temperature
10. Dreing at the time keep adding wood to it to keep it smoking on til it's done
