Great sauce for meat of any type or a dipping sauce for fries
Put egg yolks, vinegar and Dijon in the blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle slowly the oil into the blender. Evacuate the mayonnaise to a bowl. Then to the blender add the oysters and anchovies and blend until smooth. Fold in the oyster/anchovy mixture into the mayonnaise.
