Flavorful smoked paprika potatoes can be used as a side to a burger or used in a breakfast burrito.

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wash and remove an eyes on the potatoes. Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes for breakfast burritos or the desired french fry shape.
3. Put cut potatoes into a gallon size zip lock bag.
4. In a small bowl mix together, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
5. Add olive oil and spice mix to zip lock bag.
6. Zip bag and shake to coat the potatoes in olive oil and spice mix.
7. Take potatoes out of zip lock and put on a cookie sheet.
8. Cook potatoes for 20-30 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved. Stir halfway through.
