Recipe designed or a Traeger Grill
1. Preheat Traeger to 180 degrees
2. Remove silver skin if not removed
3. Combine mustard, half of apple juice and Worcestershire sauce
4. Spread both sides of racks with mixture
5. Using a dry rub of your choice cover both sides of ribs
6. Place in Traeger meat side up and smoke for 3 hours
7. Remove from Traeger
8. Raise temp to 265 degrees
9. Place two pieces of foil on counter and place one rack meat side up on foil
10. Sprinkle half of brown sugar on top, drizzle honey across top, and use half of stick butter cut into pats and distribute across rack
11. Seal the foil, making sure there are no holes, you need to allow to steam cook
12. Place back on Traeger cook for 2 hours
13. Remove from Traeger and remove from foil
14. Cover both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce of your choice
15. Place back on Traeger meat side up for 1 hour or until sauce has tightened
16. Remove from Traeger and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting for service
