Smoked Salmon Brine
Mix all ingredients, except salmon, until well combined. Let cool completely. Add fish fillets and lest rest in the fridge for 6 to 7 hours.
Preheat smoker. Place fish in smoker and smoke for 3 hours or until fish turns light pink color and begin to flake apart.
