For dip:. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut bagels in half crosswise then cut into 8 equal pieces
Bake until toasted about 4-5 minutes. Let cool.
Serve dip with bagel bites and cucumber slices.
