Start a big pot of water boiling for the pasta. Pour Alfredo sauce into a small pan to warm, adding half the cheese that comes with the sauce if you got it from PastaWorks. If you are making it from scratch, a couple tablespoons or whatever your recipe calls for. (Alfredo recipes can be found online). Break up the smoked salmon and add it to the sauce and warm it well. Once the water starts to boil, cook the pasta. Fresh pasta takes only about 2-3 minutes to cook. Strain the pasta and return it to the pot. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and salmon mixture and mix it well. Plate the mixture and sprinkle on parmesian cheese and season to taste with fresh pepper.
