Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion and celery in butter. Add garlic. Add mushrooms, thyme, and spices. After mushrooms are soft, add roasted red peppers. Sprinkle with flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add wine and chicken stock and stir for 2 minutes. Once thick, add milk/butter/sour cream and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes or until spoon is coated.
