Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook 7 minutes
Add chicken stock and chillies and cook 1 minute
Combine mushroom mixture, black beans and salt in a food processor and pulse until well combined
Transfer to a bowl and swirl in sour cream, 1 T Olive oil and lime juice
Serve with tortilla chips and crudites
