Remove fish from bag, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 40 seconds or until bubbly.
Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Add fish to pan; cook 3 minutes. Turn fish over; brush marinade evenly over fish. Broil 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
