Delicious and EASY!
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, basil, parsley, and oregano; saute 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
2 teaspoons of dried oregano can be subsituted for 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano.
Muir Glen tomatoes work well.
