Suggest a better descriptionBreak apart tuna on several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towel. Press out as much moisture as possible. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, Worcestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl.
Spread evenly over bread or tortillas and, top with lettuce and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into one inch slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onions for breakfast or brunch.
