High fat, low sugar, green beverage. It tastes smooth, nutty and green.
Add all ingredients in Vitamix or comparable high speed blender. Blend on high speed for one minute, or until steaming. Then pour into glass over ice to make a chilled beverage. I'm not sure if this will store well in the fridge, so I suggest drinking it immediately.
Make sure it steams to get the most nutrients from the asparagus. Try coconut butter instead of cashew butter to increase omega 3 and reduce omega 6 ratios.
