1. Blend all ingredients on high until very smooth, adding just enough water to get the blender moving.
2. Divide evenly into 12 silicon muffin cups and freeze flat until solid.
3. Remove each pack out of muffin cup and store long-term in ziplock freezer bag (up to 3 months)
Place one freezer pack, 1 banana and 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk in a blender. Add mix-ins as desired (fruit, cacao, etc.). Blend on high until smooth.
