Suggest a better descriptionRoll each piece of liver in flour; brown lightly on both sides in hot shortening in skillet. Place liver in casserole. Brown onions lightly; add celery and tomatoes. Simmer until heated through well. Spoon vegetables over liver; season with salt and pepper. Cover. Baker at 350-degrees F. for 45 minutes.
