Suggest a better description1. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk together and set aside.
2. In other pan, melt 3/4 cup margarine and 1/2 cup evaporated milk and set aside.
3. Add margarine mix to cake mix. Press half of this dough into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot crust. Sprinkle pecans on hot crust. Drizzle caramel mix over chips and nuts. Press remaining cake dough over all. Bake for 18 minutes more. Cool slightly. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into squares.
