Mix together 3 T. of sugar and 3 T cinnamon to place on top of bread.
Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and sour cream-mix well. Add flour and baking ingredients. Stir in cinnamon chips. Spoon batter into 4 mini loaf pans 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake 35-38 min.
