Mix butter, sugar and eggs in large bowl. In medium bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. Mix well. Roll spoonfuls into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
