Blend dry ingredients and stir into wet.
Chill dough for an hour.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in Cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 8-10 minutes
Makes 6 dozen
