1. Place a saute pan over med-high heat. Add butter to pan. Once the butter has melted add the garlic.
2. Saute garlic for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, stir while cooking to to prevent burning.
3. Next add the snow peas to the pan. Saute the snow peas for about 3 minutes until crisp tender, but still bright green.
4. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
