1. Prepare garlic and let stand 10 min. Cook pasta according to package omitting salt and far. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well
2. Steam edamame, peas and carrots 4 min or til crisp tender. Drain and plunge vegetables in ice water - drain.
3. Combine garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, wasabi in large bowl. Stir with whisk. Add pasta, vegetable mixture and radishes. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
