Mix sauce of 1st 4 ingredients (chicken broth through Siracha sauce).
Cook soba noodles for 4 minutes. rinse in cold water and drain.
Heat oil in wok. Add chicken, garlic and giner to pan. Saute until chicken is almost done -- 5-6 minutes. Add carrots, saute for 3 minutes until slightly tender. Add zucchini and onions and saute for 1-2 minutes until onions soften. Add broccoli and sauce. Cook 3-4 minutes stirring sauce into chicken and veggies. Add drained soba noodles. Heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
