Preheat oven to 400*
Mix all dry ingredients and the butter with your fingers then add Buttermilk and mix together with fork - Do not over work.
Turn out of bowl - push together.
Spray cast iron skillet with PAM. Slit top 1/2" down in X.
Butter top while still warm. Cool 20-30 minutes.
